Eu zic sa treci peste partea aia pana primim un raspuns concret.
Forum from new topic il traduci probabil cu "forum derivat din topic nou", ce provine dintr-un nou topic, cu provenienta intr-un nou topic, etc.

Ne auzim maine, spor la traduceri.
