1. Bifez: I have FTP access to my phpBB files on the server.
2. FTP path to phpBB2: forum/
user & pass: parola de la baza de date (el cere de la ftp, cand am pus parola de la ftp nu a scris nimic in baza de date)
FTP Server: ftp.as.ro (pe localhost nu se poate conecta)
Rezultat:

Testing FTP access... (moare aici)
banuiesc ca e o problema cu parola.. ce trebuie sa fac?

Nu pot instala em. Am incercar sa il instalez pe un server lx.ro dar nu stiu ce sa pun la urmatoarele campuri

Daca este vorba de lx.ro atunci sa zicem ca ai forumul asa :
http://numeletau.lx.ro/phpBB2 da? Bun atunci FTP Path to phpBB2: este simplu : /phpBB2/, daca il ai direct in directorul home astfel forumul este direct
http://numeletau.lx.ro atunci FTP Path to phpBB2 este : /
FTP Server in cazul lx.ro este : ftp.lx.ro (s-ar putea sa mearga doar cu localhost simplu dar nu garantez).

De ce tot imi apare

Pana ve`ti raspunde la primu mesaj eu am sters toata baza de date si am refacut`o (am reinstalat FORUMU).

Ok... probleme... am copiat EM la admin/mods .... alea alea.. si am dat sa il instalez... apare asa:

acolo am pus " \ " pentru ca e in radacina...ftp user: user.lx.ro ( de ex),parola, iar acuma intervine problema credca: FTP SERVER: eu am pus " ftp.lx.ro " ... e bine oare ??

Imi setez parola de la EM apas submit si uitati ce imi apare:

deci pentru voi asta e important sau sa ma ajutati ?? chiar nu am intrat pe acest forum ca sa fac spam sau altceva.. pur si simplu am nevoie de ajutor dak ma poate ajuta cineva, bine dak nu iara bine... dar voi ramane dezamagit atunci de acest forum(de help ) ...
