Din pacate nu. Totul depinde insa de host. Muta-te pe alt host,cum ar fi 3x.ro,tot free care are inclusa functia mail() din cate stiu eu.

Nu stim. Are 300 MB. Este foarte bun,si se misca rapid. Verifica si tu,nu stiu daca are functia aceea activata!
