cum fac an overall_header

Salut am vazut pe un site sus subt banner apare un mesaje cand esti nu esti logat iar cand te loghezi apare alt mesaj de ex:
Welcome to situtau - cand nu esti logat
bun venit - cand esti logat
dar sa apara sunbt banner jos cum este pe situl asta

overall_header.html din
styles/tema_ta/template codul acesta:
