Probleme în attach_mod

De cînd am schimbat host-ul îmi tot apare o eroare si nu stiu cum s-o scot la capat 
Scriu ce am de scris, pun poza, dau "trimite" si apare:

acest lucru nu este tocmai indicat ... forumul poate fii atacat ... si este vorba de dosarul /tmp/ 
nu de tot forumul ...
