Salut!
Nu e nevoie sa platesti.
Daca ai acces la fisierul php.ini, schimba allow_url_fopen=0 cu allow_url_fopen=1
In cazul in care nu poti accesa acel fisier, contacteaza firma de gazduire pentru schimbare.
Off: data viitoare foloseste butonul de modificare a mesajului in loc sa raspunzi din nou daca mai ai adaugari.

Nu il poti accesa daca folosesti un pachet de gazduire comun (Cloud Web Hosting).

Compania de Host nu doreste sa modifice fisierul iar eu nu am acces, ce pot face?

Mi se pare o prostie ca firma de gazduire sa nu permita asa ceva.
