"alter" are mai multe conotatii : a transforma, a modifica, a schimba.

Eu cum traduc asta ?
sa rezolvat cu problema 1 .. am folosit modifica


2. bumb topics ? la ce anume se refera mai precis

3. "Can issue warnings" = Poate publica/emite/elibera/controla/rezolva/discuta avertismente

4. Si ultima .. am un lapsus , sau nu ma concentrez indeajuns de mult

Doar aici ma incurc , daca nu raspundeti , cel mai probabil maine voi instalala si eu phpBB 3 pe un forum de test sa vad exact cum sta treaba.

Am terminat in mare cele 2 fisiere , cu diacritice .. si le voi realiza si fara diacritice.
