Hey there,

Since the original topic is written in English, I'll stick to that language.
First of all, this topic is posted in the wrong section of the forum. You should have posted it under "Forums".

Speaking of forums, your board seems pretty good looking (perhaps because I haven't seen many phpBB 3 installations online so far ;), but lacks the personal touch. As far as I know, those are the original colors from the installation package, and nothing is changed from that point of view.

Third, I'd suggest posting at least one message in every forum since the categories and tables on the index are not quite arranged in a certain way. Practically, they float.

Fourth, the icons that point out "New messages" or "No new messages" are practically the same. There isn't any viewable difference between them, and it could be difficult to your regular users to spot forums with new posts since their last visit.

Fifth (and last :P), your punchline makes little sense. Rephrase it or review it in some way.
