cum limitez postul? no double post ?

cum pot sa pun limitare la 2 posturi unu dupa altu ? dar cele deja existente sa nu pateasca nimic...

adica ceva de genu cand face click pe post reply , daca ultimul post ii apartine sa nu il lase sa posteze si sa ii arate un mesaj .. gen foloseste edit.. ultimul post este tot al tau !
