Din cand in cand cand vreau sa postez un mesaj imi da ... dar mesajul tot mi-l scrie pe forum.

Eşti sigur că ai facut upload la toate fişierele şi ai schimbat permisiunea acesora astfel încât webserverul să le poată citi?

Incearcă să schimbi toate permisiunile fişierelor *.php din directorul rădăcină al forumului în 755

P.S. Aceasta eroare nu reprezinta o eroare datorată phpBB-ului, ci este cum ai vazut o problema datorata web hostului.
